History
Mastermind Consulting Network was originally
formed as Midwest Management Systems by Royd Buchele
in 1990. The company was an affiliate of Midwest Management
Systems of Toledo, OH. For the next three years, the
company primarily sold Time Management, Selling Skills,
Goal Setting and Supervisory training programs. Royd
gained over 100 clients by building a reputation for
providing long term results.
In 1992, clients started
asking for individual consultations to set, brainstorm,
and implement goals. This led to the addition of consulting
services to our product line. MCN dramatically expanded
consulting services in 1995, adding consultants and specialists
in computer training, systematizing, and financial advising.
Since then, we have been continually adding associates
and expanding our services. In 2004, Midwest Management
Systems became Mastermind Consulting Network, a Michigan
corporation developed to facilitate the company's expansion
plan to begin adding offices worldwide. In Lenawee County,
we now have over 300 clients and provide over 75 different
services.
