In the event that a client is located where we do not yet have a consultant, we will utilize our web casting facility for meetings. This avoids the need for expensive travel that would otherwise be necessary for in person meetings.

    The first three hours of consulting work are always free to new clients. This allows us to become acquainted, to learn about your business and to understand your challenges. We provide a free TOP CHALLENGES ANALYSIS and recommend necessary action steps. We can then discuss how we might provide assistance in implementing our recommendations.

    In general, we provide world class consulting at affordable prices to clients of all sizes and circumstances. Please understand that consulting results depend on active client participation.

    A scope of work is initially defined and if expanded the additional work will be quoted and agreed upon before extra activity commences. All consulting work is on a meeting-to-meeting basis and either party can cancel further work at anytime.

    A monthly “not to exceed” budget is established at sign up and is billed thereafter regardless of the actual number of hours worked. We also quote fixed price projects when so requested by clients. Initial payment is due at sign up and subsequent payments are due on the first day of the following month. Statements of account are mailed monthly and payments can be made by cash, check, or credit card.
