From 1981 through 1988, Royd Buchele gained significant selling experience, paying his way through Eastern Michigan University by selling TV's & Stereos for Big George's Home Appliance Mart in Ann Arbor, MI.

He graduated "cum laude" with a Bachelors in Business Administration Degree in 1987 at Eastern Michigan University majoring in Strategic Management. There he was President of the Dean's board where he assisted with the re-accreditation of the Business School.

He joined Midwest Management Systems (a franchise of Leadership Management, Inc.) in Toledo, OH in 1988 where he excelled as a facilitator and salesperson gaining over 50 clients in less than two years. From Sept. 1999 until present, Mr. Scrivo has been Client Manager for Midwest Management Systems based in Tecumseh, MI. In January 2004, he became Senior Vice President of MCN with responsibility for setting up the present franchising operation based on the business model and working experience of Midwest Management Systems.

Jerry's expertise is in helping businesses set and achieve their goals. He has 41 years of experience at some of America's largest companies including General Motors, Teledyne, Textron, Firestone and Shell Oil, along with top management experience at several smaller companies.

Jerry has degrees from Michigan Technological University (BSME), and Wayne State University (MBA) where he graduated with honors and was elected a member of the Sigma Iota Epsilon honor fraternity. Brian Krichbaum - Consultant

Brian Krichbaum joins MasterMind Consulting Network with 6 years of experience as the President of Process Coaching Incorporated, helping organizations improve their operational, program management and engineering performance, using detailed organizational assessments, lean techniques, targeted short burst projects and systems coaching to build accountability & self sufficiency into client systems. Bill Hintalla - Consultant

Bill Hintalla joined MasterMind Consulting Network and Process Coaching Incorporated with more than 30 years experience helping organizations optimize their operational and quality performance utilizing principles of continuous improvement including lean six sigma and has led ISO and QS implementation.

A 1970 graduate of Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Metallurgical Engineering and in 1974 graduated from Purdue University Krannert School of Business with an MS in Industrial Management [MBA] where upon graduation became a part time faculty member. Bill spent the early part of his career in the steel industry in various metallurgical and management positions and progressed to become the Director of Quality and Technical Services for the first Specialty Steels company to export stainless steel. He was the metallurgical engineer assigned to develop the processing for Catalytic Converters, Sea Land Containers and two piece cans.

Bill then joined Batesville Casket as the Director of Quality and led the technical portion of the launch of stainless steel caskets and the reduction in cost of quality by more than 50%. He then became a Plant Manager and led the turn-around of two plants and started up a new plant. He then became the VP Operations of a capital equipment company and turned around 5 plants and doubled the production output using principles of continuous improvement. He has led the turn around of a total of 12 plants and has been the senior manufacturing executive of 5 different companies in various industries leading all on the continuous improvement journey utilizing the principles of lean.

He has led the optimization of quality in more than 25 factories by Listening to the Voice of the Customer and driving improvements through and with the management and associates by development of documented process controls and sustainment to mistake-proof the processes. These operations and quality improvement have been in Tier 2 automotive, electronics, metals [forming, heat treating, welding, machining, painting], wood, capital equipment, burial caskets and mattresses. Bill is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality, Senior Member, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and currently serves on the ASQ national exam review committee [2010-11].


Jenna Chmielewski - Consultant

Jenna has a passion for helping people to succeed. She graduated from Spring Arbor University with a Bachelor's in Business Administration in Marketing and Management. She has held positions in Quality Improvement, Sales, and Marketing. She has had great success in Direct Sales, earning a Mary Kay car, and setting records in advancement with Wine Shop at Home.

Jenna is enthusiastic about building and maintaining relationships. Her success in outside and direct sales proves this. She enjoys finding the needs of individuals and organizations and connecting them to the resources to assist in their success. Her outside sales experience increased sales for organizations 18-25% per year. She has worked in the high-pressure health care industry and understands the needs of organizations in that field.

People are her passion, however Jenna also has a keen mindset for organization and processes. Her career started in Quality Improvement, creating and maintaining audits for group homes for developmentally disabled adults. Her annual reports were praised by CARF, an accrediting commission for health care. As the Reimbursement Coordinator for a fast-growing Outpatient Mental Health Clinic, she created the billing and reimbursement systems that monitored the receivables and processed the reimbursement to the company as well as the therapists.


Mike Collins - Consultant

Mark Davio - Consultant

Dan Callaway - Account Manager

Dan was MCN's first college-intern while finishing his Business Degree at Adrian College, and developed a strong interest in sales. Soon after graduating Dan moved to Boca Raton, Florida to work in the Commercial Real Estate Field for one of the country's largest Real Estate Investment Trust. (REJT) While working in South Florida, one of the most attractive and competitive real estate markets in the country, Dan had the opportunity to work with some of the country's top real estate professionals and business owners and was responsible for lease negotiations with local, regional and national tenants as well as handling some property management duties.

Dan has a Bachelors of Business Administration in Marketing from Adrian College and also participated in intercollegiate athletics including Football and Track & Field.

Dan is now actively involved in the Oil and Gas Industry as a Landman for a private firm where he is responsible for lease negotiations which conducts Oil and Gas Exploration Projects throughout the State of Michigan and surrounding states.
